Marisol Corona, a cook with a passion for connecting through food, began her culinary journey in Chicago with the Alinea Group. Her drive for more led her to New York, where she became a sous chef at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Excited to reconnect with her Mexican roots, Marisol has been leading the culinary team at ATLA since 2019, where currently, she oversees the projects in NYC and LA as the Executive chef.

Since the opening of Pujol 24 years ago, Enrique has not ceased to celebrate Mexican gastronomy, his work has attracted international attention to Mexico City as a gastronomic destination and has also been, through the different restaurants, a school and mentor for countless talents. As from the beginning, and surrounded by a solid team, Enrique is today a driving force for creativity and the prospection of new hospitality businesses in Mexico and the world.
